I’ve been told it’s pretty warm out there. I wouldn’t know, I haven’t left the house today. I can tell you that it is bright and sunny out there!

For surprise birthday parties! Especially when there’s a surprise for the birthday boy and for the guests!!!

My brother. He came home this weekend to surprise his son, and the rest of us. I just can’t get enough of that kid!!! And about the fact that Baby Sister is five months old today! Where is the time going?

A few plans for the rest of the week…
Tomorrow, in honor of Memorial Day, we will be going to a Veteran’s cemetery to honor those that have served our country. We did this last year and it was incredible. I see this as a family tradition that will last some time.

Random thought…
I understand the thought that absence makes the heart grow fonder but after we left my brother’s house last night I realized how much he and his wife really like each other. It wasn’t anything they said and nothing that they overly did, it was the little things. It was the quick hug in between visiting. The hand holding as they walked somewhere. The stolen kiss as they passed each other. It makes you remember what it is to be loved.
