Outside my window…

Sunshiny day!  Too bad my allergies make it impossible to enjoy the beautiful weather.

I am thankful…

For lazy weekends.  Getting little bits of things done at a time but not too much to get too busy.  Got to go for a nice walk and lunch yesterday with mom and my Little.

I am thinking about…

How many fun things there are to do this month!  Lots of birthdays and weddings coming up!

Learning all the time…

Yup, still learning…

From the kitchen…

Tonight, hubby is making some pork chops and possibly potatoes.  This week we’re working on getting our menu in a little more order.

I am creating…

I’ve been given less to do this week.  Still have a good deal to get done, but keeping it in perspective.  Alterations on a mother-of-the-bride dress, wedding gown, still have to make a flower girl dress and ring bearer pillow.  Lot’s of fun in the sewing room these next couple weeks!

I am working on…

Still working on the walking and eating better!  Haven’t gotten very far on that one, but I’ll keep working on it!

I am going…

No where fast.  Just hanging in.

I am hoping…

For world peace.  No, I just can’t think of anything better right now.

I am reading…

Still, nothing new.  I did ask hubby for some book money for my NOOK…  Still waiting…

I am praying…

For the loss of loved ones of family and friends.  Also for my father-in-law who is having some health issues.  He is doing well.

I am hearing…

My Little read to herself and hubby ranting on and on.  Don’t know what he’s talking about because every time I look like I’m doing something he all-of-the-sudden has something so important to tell me.

Around the house…

Messy, messy, messy!  Little has gotten into as much as she can.  Still lots of dishes and laundry to do.

One of my favorite things…

A quiet house.  I don’t get it very often, only when hubby is at softball.

A few plans for the rest of the week…

Sewing, always sewing…

Random thought…

I think I had a random thought earlier in the week, but I forgot to write it down.  What happens to our forgotten thoughts?  Do they sit around waiting for us to remember them?  Or do they move onto the next person hoping to get picked up?

Here are picture thoughts I am sharing with you, Happy Mother’s Day….
